Monthly costs depend on the plan you choose. Basic Hosting is $9.97 per month and keeps your site online. Full Care is $29.97 per month and includes hosting, updates, security, and monthly analytics reporting. Financed plans that include the build fee are $25.97 per month for Basic Hosting and $45.97 per month for Full Care.

Basic Hosting keeps your site online and secure. Content updates are not included but can be requested separately. Full Care includes everything in Basic Hosting plus ongoing content updates, security monitoring, and monthly analytics reporting. If you want us to handle everything after launch, Full Care is the right choice.

RVA Sites launches every website within 5 business days of receiving all required assets from the client. Required assets include a logo if available, photos, service or menu details, hours, and contact information. Most business owners have everything ready within a day.

To build your website, we need your logo if you have one, a few photos of your business, your hours, your services and pricing, and your contact information. Phone photos are acceptable. Most owners have everything ready in an afternoon.

The process has four steps. First, choose your plan on the Get Started page and complete payment. Second, send us your business basics using the checklist we provide. Third, we design and build your site. Fourth, your site launches within 5 business days of receiving all your assets. After launch you have 30 days to request one round of changes.

Yes. Domain registration and annual renewal are included with every plan at no extra charge. We register and manage the domain on your behalf. You own the domain and can transfer it to yourself at any time.

No. Clear phone photos are often enough. Real photos of your business, work, space, team, food, or services usually work better than stock photos. We will guide you on what to capture if needed.

We can still build your site without a logo, or we can create a simple logo for you. Logo creation is available as an optional upgrade for $297 with any site purchase. It includes an icon mark and wordmark delivered as SVG and PNG files.

RVA Sites is best for simple business websites. We can link to booking, ordering, payment, or third-party platforms when appropriate, but this is not meant to replace a full ecommerce system.

We can build a cleaner replacement site if your current website is outdated, hard to update, slow, or no longer reflects your business. The process and pricing are the same as a new build.
