Terms and Policies

Asset Delivery

Required assets must be delivered within 30 days of purchase. One 30-day extension is available on request. After 60 days with no delivery, the project is cancelled and the build fee is forfeited.

Build Turnaround

Your site is delivered within 5 business days of full asset receipt.

Revisions

Your base build includes one revision round, a single consolidated set of changes submitted within 30 days of launch. Additional revision rounds are available for $97 each.

Hosting and Maintenance

A hosting or maintenance plan is required with every build. Clients may move hosting at any time if they are not satisfied with our service.

Domain Registration

Domain registration and annual renewal are included at no extra charge. RVA Sites registers and manages the domain on the client's behalf. Domain ownership transfers to the client at any time upon request.

Financed Plans

$0 down plans have a 36-month minimum term. After the term, plans renew month-to-month at the same rate. Early cancellation requires the remaining build balance to be paid in full.

Refund Policy

Because your purchase reserves project time and begins the onboarding process, website build payments are non-refundable once work has started. If you request a cancellation before any work has begun, RVA Sites may issue a refund minus any card processing fees that cannot be recovered.

If required website assets are not delivered within the stated asset delivery window, the project may be cancelled according to the asset delivery policy, and the build fee is forfeited.

Monthly hosting or maintenance charges are non-refundable once billed, but service may be cancelled according to the plan terms.

For financed plans, early cancellation requires the remaining build balance to be paid in full.
